Simply Easy Immigration Consultants Limited is a New Zealand registered company providing immigration advisory services. We are licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) under Licence #201502110 and operate in accordance with the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 and the IAA Code of Conduct.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • Immigration advice and consultation
  • Visa eligibility assessments
  • Preparation and lodgement of visa applications
  • Representation before Immigration New Zealand
  • Employer accreditation and compliance advice

Initial enquiries made through our website forms are not immigration advice. Formal immigration advice is only provided once a client engagement agreement has been signed.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application. All visa decisions are made by Immigration New Zealand at their sole discretion. While we will use our professional expertise to present the strongest possible case, approval of any application is never certain. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
  • Disclose all relevant facts, including any adverse immigration history
  • Provide requested documents in a timely manner
  • Notify us of any changes to your circumstances
  • Pay agreed fees in accordance with the engagement agreement

Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services and may have serious consequences for your immigration application.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees will be outlined in a written engagement agreement before services commence. The free initial consultation offered through our website does not create an obligation to engage our services. Government fees (e.g., Immigration New Zealand application fees) are separate from our professional fees and are the client's responsibility.

6. Confidentiality

As licensed immigration advisers, we are bound by strict confidentiality obligations under the IAA Code of Conduct. We will not disclose your personal information except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services
  • We are not liable for decisions made by Immigration New Zealand or any other government authority
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. If you terminate, fees for work already completed remain payable. We may terminate our services if you breach these Terms, fail to provide requested information, or if continuing would conflict with our professional or legal obligations.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute immigration advice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information current, immigration law and policy change frequently. You should not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice.

10. Intellectual Property
